Marketing and Compensation Plan Overview
With the AMA Nation Marketing and Compensation Plan there are six ways for you to earn money. We have three ways to earn an immediate income potential that is paid weekly, and three more ways to earn a residual income plan that is paid monthly. We structured it this way because many compensation plans today are only designed around building long term residual income, which hinders most people to fund the growth of their organization without having some immediate income. With that in mind, we have designed our compensation plan so you can earn immediate income while you build for long term residual income. With AMA Nation, there are three ways for you to earn immediate income which is paid to you every week. These three ways include:
- A customer acquisition bonus
- Two levels of energizer bonuses
- A binary “cycle” bonus
As I said, you want to build a long term residual income too. That is the work that you receive over and over again for the work that you do one time. There are three ways that you build your long term residual income with AMA Nation. They include:
- Retail commission on electricity and product sales
- Five levels of team compensation which includes our generation override bonus
- The monthly power pool bonus
This shows how we have three ways to earn immediate income and three ways to generate long term residual income. Let’s take a look at each of these ways to earn money in more detail. First we will focus on the three ways for you to build an immediate income.
Customer Acquisition Bonus
The first way for you to generate immediate income with the AMA Nation compensation plan is our “Customer Acquisition Bonus” or “CAB.” The “CAB” is paid on every new personally enrolled energy account the week following the enrollment of the account. We pay you $20 for each new residential energy customer and $25 for each new commercial energy customer. There is no requirement for you to enroll 5 new customers in 30 days, 15 in 90 days, or any of that. Those types of compensation plans are designed not to pay you. Our belief is different, when you make a sale or enroll a new residential or commercial account, you get paid the following week, even if it is your first customer. You are paid on each and every sale, and you can even be your own customer. Some of our new consultants are signing up 15 new energy accounts each day. That is $300 a day and it is just one of the 6 ways that you earn money.
Fast Start Energizer Bonus
The second way to generate immediate income with the AMA Nation is our fast start energizer bonus which is also paid weekly. There is a first and second level energizer bonus. The first energizer bonus is called “EB1.” You earn $20 for each new consultant that joins and purchases the enrollment package. Let’s say you personally sponsor 5 customers into the business. 5 sales x $20 = $100. You are not limited to sponsoring 5 consultants, this is just an example. The second level energizer bonus is called “EB2.” You earn $15 for each second level enrollment product sale. You are paid the second level bonus for all enrollment product sales made by your personally sponsored consultants. You must be binary qualified to earn the “EB2.” Let’s say that each of your 5 consultants that you have worked with and trained went out and did the same thing you did, enrolled 5 new consultants that purchased the enrollment package. That would be 25 sales at $15 each. This would equal $325, and there is no limit on the number of sales that they can make.
Binary Cycle Bonus
The third way to generate immediate income with the AMA Nation compensation plan is the binary cycle bonus. To qualify for the binary, all you have to do is start your left team and your right team by personally enrolling 2 new consultants and placing one of them on the left and one on the right. The binary is the most explosive compensation plan in the history of the direct sales industry for the simple reason that it forces upline support. Here is one example of how it might work after you are qualified. Four sales occur on you left team and two occur on your right team. You cycle every six sales as long as two of them occur on your smaller team. For every six sales, you earn up to $50. As your binary structure builds, more and more sales will occur, and when you have another four sales on your left and two more on your right, you cycle again and earn up to an additional $50. Then it can happen again with four sales on your right team and two on your left, and you cycle again. For every six sales you earn up to $50. The binary is capped at 80% of sales values for any given week assuring that you will get paid on every six sales. What makes this compensation plan so explosive is that it is paid to unlimited depth. So, you might imagine as you and the people in your binary make more sales, it tends to grow geometrically. You can cycle one time in your first week, maybe two times your second week, and then it can start accelerating to three or four times per week. There is no limit to the number of binary cycles you can have in a day. You can cycle ten times, 20 times, or more per day. It just depends on how big the organization grows. We have now covered the three ways you can generate immediate income. Lets now focus on the three ways you can generate residual income.
Retail Commission
The fourth way you earn commission with the AMA Nation compensation plan is retail commissions that are paid monthly based on energy used and on products purchased in your online shopping cart. You earn 20% of your commissionable value or “CV” on all personally enrolled retail electricity customers based on the actual KWH used and by products purchased by your personal retail customers. The “CV is simply the companies allocation of profit to commissions for either electricity or product sales. Imagine getting a check for all of your personally enrolled customers. Every time they pay their electric bill you get paid.
Uni-Level Bonus
The fifth way you get paid with the AMA Nation compensation plan is with the Uni-level bonus plan. Uni-Level Bonuses are paid monthly through five levels of your sales organization. The unilevel is the most successful long term compensation plan in the history of the direct sales industry. I want to point out that this is just one of the six ways that you earn money in our compensation plan. As you start your business and invite people to become your business partners they will occupy your first level in the Uni-Level. Those people will invite other people to be their business partners, that’s your second level. Then you have your 3rd level, 4th level, and 5th level. You are paid an override bonus on the sales to retail customers made by your sales team. The percent of the CV that you make depends on the level where the sale occurred.
The Uni-Level depth is promotion based, so as you advance in title so does your earning power. The first promotion is to consultant where you earn to one level of team depth. To become a consultant or retire promotions, you must maintain $20 of personal sales volume each month. That requirement can be met by your personal monthly purchases or by the purchases of your retail customers. The second promotion is to senior consultant. To become a senior consultant, you have to personally enroll two customers or two consultants. The third promotion is to regional consultant. To become a regional consultant you must personally enroll 5 customers or consultants. The 4th promotion is national consultant. To become a National consultant you must personally enroll 10 retail customers or consultants. The 5th level is national director. To become a national director you must personally enroll 15 customers or consultants and one of your consultants must be a national consultant. We have deliberately made these requirements easy for you to achieve. Many compensation plans today make it difficult for you to get to the top rank and therefore the top pay structure. We have made it easy by making the customer requirements very, very achievable.
National Director
In addition to earning 20% of CV on all of your personal customers, you will earn 10% of CV on your first level customers, 10% on your second level, 10% of the CV on your third level customers, 15 percent on your fourth level customers, and 20% on your fifth level customers. As you might imagine, the number of customers or consultants on your fifth level is going to be much larger than the number of consultants that you have on your first level.
Uni-Level Leverage
The uni-Level is based on the concept of leverage. You have heard the saying that earning money based on 1% of 100 people is better than earning 100% of your own effort. Imagine earning 10%, 15%, and even 20% on the efforts of hundreds and potentially thousands of consultants. That is the power of the Uni-Level Compensation Plan. The potential of your income exploding by accessing leverage through the expansion of your sales organization is enormous. If you can break the traditional boundaries than normally constrain people and dramatically multiply theses results of yourself and everyone on your team the same way, you will see the kind of growth that dreams are made of. So, how does uni-level and leverage work? Let’s take a look at this example. As a consultant you go out and personally enroll 5 team members and you teach them how to go out and get 5 customers each. That’s 25 customers and 5 consultants on your team. Well, this will make you about $18. You’re probably thinking “I’ll take the $18 but that’s not going to excite me.” Well, let’s look at the second level. If you train your consultants to do the same thing you did, sponsor 5 consultants that sponsor 5 customers each, you will have 25 consultants and 125 customers on your second level. You will earn 10% of their CV and an additional $88 to the $18 you are earning on your first level of customers. Fine, take the 100 bucks and take your wife to dinner, but that probably won’t excite you either. You’re looking for more. On level three you will earn 10% of the efforts of 125 consultants and 625 customers. That’s $438 on your third level. That’s about $500 dollars a month on your residual income from your Uni-level. Not bad, and again this is just one of six ways you get paid. On the 4th level, you will be earning 15% of the efforts of 625 consultants and 3,125 customers. That is an additional $3,281 in residual monthly income, plus your other levels. On your fifth level, you could be earning 20% of the efforts of 3125 consultants and 15,625 customers. Now it’s getting exciting. That’s $21,875 monthly residual income on your fifth level customers. Total for all five levels, you could be earning $25,706 monthly residual income based on the efforts of 3,906 consultants and 19,530 customers. It would be impossible for you to personally enroll that many customers on your own, but with the Uni-Level plan your team can, and all you did was enroll 5 consultants and train them to enroll 5 customers each. Will everyone grow their team based on 5 consultants and 5 customers? Most likely they will not. This is just an example so you can understand the power of leverage sales. But again, break the traditional boundaries that normally constrain people, and you can achieve this kind of success.
National Director 1, 2, & 3 Star Generation Bonuses
The last component to the Uni-Level program is the 1, 2, and 3 star generation bonus override. As a one star you will earn 5% of CV paid down to the first position of equal or greater rank. As a 2 star you will earn an additional 5% of CV paid down to the first position of equal or greater rank again. As a three star you will gain an additional 5% of CV paid down to the first position of equal rank. The 1, 2, and 3 star bonuses have additional qualifications that you can visit the main website for details. Let’s look at how the 1, 2, & 3 Star National Director Generation Bonus works. As a national director you are qualified to earn on all the sales of all your consultants on your first through your fifth levels, but what about the levels below that? What about the 6th, the 10th, or the 100th level? Do you earn any money on the customers in these levels? The one, two, and three star program answers these questions. As a one, two, or “3 star,” you can qualify to earn to potentially unlimited depth in your sales organization, but it does break at the first person of equal or greater rank. That’s because the new one star would begin earning an override bonus on everyone below them, but notice that on all your other legs, you still earn the 5 percent override. When you achieve the rank of “2 star,” you get an additional 5 percent on all of your downline leg organizations. Again, potentially unlimited depth, but it does break at the first person of equal or greater rank, a two star. They then would begin to receive that bonus. Notice that as a 2 star you still earn a two star override bonus on any 1 star in your sales organization. As a three star, you earn an additional 5% of CV down to the first person of equal or greater rank. It breaks at the equal rank, and again, you will still get the override of someone who is below you in rank. This is absolutely an amazing bonus and I personally believe that some of the largest checks we write will be based on the 1, 2, 3 star generation bonus.
Power Pool
The sixth way you earn money with the AMA Nation compensation plan is with the monthly “share based power pool.” Each customer that is in your qualified sales organization counts as 1 share in the power pool. So, if you are qualified down to 5 levels of team structure as a national director, you would get one share in the power pool for all of the customers in your five levels. If you are qualified for two levels, you get one share for each customer in two levels. Our software counts up all of the customers in your qualified organization, the share value is determined monthly based on the sales of the company. To calculate your bonus multiply the total shares by the share value; that equals the bonus.
